All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Refund Eligibility

To be considered for a refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery/purchase with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear explanation plus any supporting evidence (photos, video).

Possible grounds for a refund include: damaged or defective items, items materially different from their description, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances we determine warrant a refund.

Non-refundable items (unless defective/misdescribed): downloadable digital products, gift cards, personalized/custom items, and clearance/discounted items.
Review & Resolution

We will review refund requests and respond within 7 business days after receiving all required information.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays by banks or processors.

We may issue full refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges at our discretion.

Shipping & Costs

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in us providing evidence of this policy and communications to your bank. Repeated chargebacks may lead to account suspension and denial of future transactions.
